Resource Interactive Among Top 20 Independent Interactive Agencies in Nation

New Clients, New Office, New and Expanded Competencies Cited as Reasons for Ranking

COLUMBUS, OH March 2, 2005 For the third consecutive year, Resource Interactive has made Adweek's Top 50 Interactive Agencies list, coming in at #45 overall, at #19 among independent firms. The survey ranks the nation's largest interactive agencies on self-reported revenue, growth, and number of employees.

Founder and CEO Nancy Kramer commented on the ranking: "Resource Interactive has a very high client retention rate nearly 90% but we've recently increased our account acquisition rate substantially due to an aggressive push into online advertising and intranet design and development, and the creation of new research competencies that complement our usability and human factors. We're now offering persona research, plus the proprietary Shop & TellSM. In the last year, we've added NetJets, Endo Pharmaceuticals, P&G Hair Care division, Sogeti, and Stanley Steemer to our national client roster and we couldn't be more pleased."

To maintain the firm's exceedingly high standards of client service, something Kramer believes the advertising conglomerate-owned agencies cannot always provide due to their size, Resource Interactive has recently opened a service satellite office in San Francisco to be closer to key accounts. The decision to establish a presence there was easy, according to Kramer, due to the firm's close ties to Silicon Valley.
