A keynote speaker at Shop.org for five years running, this year, our President and Chief Experience Officer, Kelly Mooney, ushered in the event by delivering the opening keynote, entitled Digital Millennials R U Ready? This group, Gen Y to some, has captivated our interests and is driving commerce in new, interesting and unprecedented ways. As a group, even larger than the Baby Boomers and continuing to grow, the digital millennials are a privileged group, born with a keyboard in their hands.
